Transformer Oil Sampling Bottles

We manufacture and supply Stainless Steel 304/316 Oil Sampling Bottles which are used for collecting oil samples from transformers for DGA (Dissolved Gas Analysis) as per IS:9434 & IS: 10593 and BDV (Breakdown Voltage Test) as per IS:1866 as required by ERDA & CPRI.

It is of robust construction and handy so that it can be used conveniently for collecting and storing of sample from site to laboratory. Each Stainless Steel bottle is pickled, passivated and cleaned for maximum corrosion resistance and subjected to Hydro test and radiography test confirming to standards. It is sealed gas tight with suitable valves fitted at both ends. Design of bottle is cylindrical type and loss of hydrogen does not exceed 5% per week.
